71 piece set of "Fleur
de Lys, grey (Y7515)"
by Spode bone china in very
good condition. Pieces include: (12) dinner plates, 10 3/4",
(12) salad plates, 8", (12) bread & butter plates,
6 1/4", (12) fruit/dessert bowls, 5", (11) cups and
saucers and (1) saucer only. This wonderful pattern
depicts grey fleur de lis (iris) around the border and has a platinum
trim. The Iris flower is the lily of heraldry and is the
emblem of the French monarchy. This Spode design was first
introduced in 1863, remaining popular ever since. Grey Fleur
de Lys was introduced in 1955 and discontinued in 1974.
We can find another cup to round out the set if you wish.
Backstamp
as pictured. We also have a sugar bowl and lid
available for $115 and a 12" oval platter for $145. They
are not included in this set. This is lovely dinnerware for a
formal table!
